A 26-year-old female athlete presents to clinic with complaints of low back pain. She has recently discovered CrossFit and has become an avid participant, exercising 5-6 times weekly. Physical examination is generally unremarkable. Osteopathic structural examination reveals a positive standing flexion test on the right. Her left ASIS appears to be more lateral in comparison to the right and her left PSIS appears to be more medial in comparison to the right. Given the likely diagnosis based off the examination findings above, what other examination findings would you expect in this patient?
